My body is fevered; eyes are closed
From the darkness around me
Emerges she; like a beam of light
Like an angel she sits beside
My bed, but I can't see her still
My eyes are closed, yet
Her smile brings respite to soul
Her fingertips with abundance of warmth
Innocence exuberates from those lovely eyes
My body starts to feel so wispy
I open my eyes into veracity
No one there, besides my bed
But still those eyes linger in my mind
